Pen and Ink drawing.
Hope people still like black and white images.
There's loads of detail in this drawing and took a while to do. Some people have called me mad, but it was actually a very realaxing time. I loved drawing it.

Marlin Perkins would be damn proud of Living Rock by ~CamWaters, as it captures an almost surreal mix of wildlife and backdrop. All the stippling is not only consistent, but so prominent my wrist hurst just pondering the effort required. (Suggested by ~Aldalambe and Featured by `zeruch)

Craig, just out random browsing and came across your gallery, and I'm sorry to see your slow descent into the shadowly halls of insanity after viewing this image.

That being said, if you drop the pen now and back slowly away from the ink, there is still time to regain your mind before they take you away to the funny farm, where there will only be nice waxy crayons to draw on your padded walls with.

Ready? 1, 2, 3...drop...the...pen...slowly. Now, run!!!

Dude. This is outstanding excellent work! I love the level of detail that you have achieved with this piece; in the rocks, the elephant, heck, just about everywhere I look! The contrast is spot on, and the way that you have rendered the values of all the different areas.

I just gotta fave this one! Keep up the fine work, and I look forward to more of your craziness in the near future.

Thanks so much for sharing!

Wow, I really like this picture! And it was done in ink? That's awsome!

I may buy the print for my brother, being the Crimson Tide fan that he is, for his birthday... but his b'day is today! I may ask my mom to buy it for me so that I can give it to him... :|

... I'm screwed!

Anyway, awsome pic!

Holy... this is amazing work. That kind of attention to detail deserves to be among the classics.

For some reason this really reminds me of a lithograph print; perhaps one of Escher’s, with the oddly stacked rocks. Definitely :+fav:

Quite an accomplishment. Kudos!
